This project focuses on optimizing the information architecture of the Byrd’s Cookies website to enhance usability, simplify the shopping process, and improve product information clarity. Currently, users encounter challenges such as unclear navigation, complex checkout steps, ineffective search and filtering, and limited interactivity in product displays, resulting in frustration and a less satisfying shopping experience. By restructuring the site’s layout, refining categorization, and enhancing interactivity, we aim to create a more intuitive and seamless online shopping experience.
